Bob Kronser
(1956 - 2017)

My Uncle Bob (Robert William Kronser) was born to Emy (Hideko) and LeRoy Kronser on January 31, 1956. He grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, served in the United States Air Force and graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stout with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Bob was happily married to Rose and they resided in Long Beach, California. His career included English Language Instruction, hotel and restaurant management and most recently, medical coding for the County of Los Angeles. He was a devoted husband, a poet, a beloved family member and memorable friend and colleague.

He passed away suddenly from health-related complications on July 10, 2017. Bob was survived by his wife Rose, sons Ken and Leo, step-children Katherine, Don Sebastian and Monika, and his brothers Jack and George. A few months later my Uncle George also tragically passed away.

George Kronser (1958 - 2017)

My Uncle George J. Kronser, age 59, of Antigo, died at his home on October 29, 2017.

George was born on September 24, 1958 in Chicago, IL to the late LeRoy and Emy (Kakinuma) Kronser.

He was united in marriage to Amy Brown. The couple later divorced. George was raised in Milwaukee and then moved to Antigo. He was employed at Stern Electronics. George had strong bonds with his family and friends. He loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include a daughter Lisa Kronser of Appleton, WI, a brother Jack Kronser of Littleton, Co, and a sister-in-law Rose Kronser of Long Beach, CA.

A Japanese legend promises that anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes within one year will be granted a wish.

My name is Jonpaul Kronser, when I am done folding these masks I wish that my family will find peace in Bob and George's deaths, to give purpose to something that seems so chaotic, to turn something so bad into something good.
